  2. Add chopped onions and fry till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears..
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn soft and mushy. Mash well with the help of the potato masher..
  4. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and saute for a minute or two on low flame..
  5. Add green peas and saute for 2 minutes..
  6. Add water, mix well adjusting consistency and get to boil..
  7. Now add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes..
  8. Add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well, cover and turn off the flame..
  9. Serve paneer bhurji gravy hot with roti or paratha..
